Okay. This one would SEEM to be obvious to me. But apparently not. Let's go over it again.
To semi-landlords:
If you have a person who you tell that their deposit won't be used unless it becomes necessary, and they agree with that, and that seems clear, and then you change your mind, then don't fucking complain about how you expected things to be different. They would have been fine, until you changed the rules. Get it?

I also feel no guilt about burning a bunch of the blank cds that got left in the apartment. Hehehehe.
