Do Big Kids Have To Do This?
I just came back from a baby shower.
Uh-huh.
I just came back from a baby shower. Two of the women who work in the Peacebuilding unit here are pregnant, so we had a little party. Instead of a meeting, which I am grateful for, as well as the good cake. It was just . . . a little weird. People were talking about rattles and mobiles. One of the pregnant women got really really genuinely excited about one of those baby-carrying-on-your-chest things.
Still. It beat having a meeting.
